    Default DD knot quilt

DD is a fan of free! She was given a bag of fabric and she fell in love with a large piece of flowered pin wale corduroy. Said wouldn't this be nice in a quilt? So for Christmas, I went to local quilt shop (now out of business) and picked some more fabric out to go with the corduroy. Then I showed her pictures of some quilts that I'd downloaded from the board. She liked the one that pamesue shared with us called Josephine's Knot. Pam was nice enough to share her pattern with me. This quilt is what I came up with. Corduroy and cotton with a fleece backing. It measures abt 58"x64". Quilting is stitch near the ditch and echo inside the knot. Fun to make and my DD loved it.
