Oh my, she did a wonderful job. Her appliques look very cute. She's well on her way now. Tell her that I said............."You go, girl" She should be proud of her work.

Great job by your DD. I learned to knit while in college, so maybe someone there can tach her.

Lori--what a great job your daughter did on her very first quilt!! I know you are proud of her. And what wonderful memories you are making, too.

Your DD did a fantastic job! It is very well done. My daughter has always been my best friend so I congratulate you on the relationship you have built. It takes a mother who is involved to create that bond!
My daughter always wanted to quilt from the time she was 5 but she just didn't inherit the quilt gene!! She can make curtains but that is about all.
Enjoy your quilt buddy and her accomplishments!! She deserves the praise! What is she working on for the next quilt?

What a wonderful quilt. She looks so happy. Hooked, isn't she. Tell her welcome to the club.
