Wow gorgeous. So glad you had the patience to stick to it. I think I would be putting it behind glass so nothing ever happens to it I doubt you would want to do another one. Great job. Sue

Congratulations! That is a beautiful quilt and you are to be commended for your stick-to-it-iveness. The colors are beautiful. What is your plan for this heirloom? Surely you will display it where everyone can see it!

This is beautiful! It is such an accomplishment.
Did you quilt as you go?

I started two and a Dear Hannah years ago...got tired of drafting my patterns and quit. Bought the CDs and am stalled yet again as I can't figure the program out...money wasted...for me!

Since I have down time I would like to do quilt as you go, but, have been told it makes the quilt very heavy due to the size of the blocks. Any suggestions?

Good for you - oh my that is quite an accomplishment - normally I want my quilts to be used and loved - but I think I would display that quilt because its so special - Bravo!!!!
