I like #2 also but any setting will look great with those fabrics!

I like #1 best! then #3, then #2. All are pretty, and I think a 16 yo would like any of them! Her color/print choices are awesome!

I would go with # 2... but what about the zebra print on each of the corners of the blocks.. making a purple square in the center of each block?

Love #3 !! I have 3 teenage granddaughters (two are 16 yr olds and one 17yr old)

I vote for number 3. I just love the movement with the fabrics in this layout. Have fun choosing and hope you show us the finished quilt. Thanks for sharing.

the colors are so intense that the 2nd one my give some separation to allow both colors to shine on their own. (if anyone knows what a 16-yr-old likes, let me know. I have one). That being said, I like all the combinations and I bet she'll like the one you choose.
