DG's first quilt block!

01-26-2020Some of you may remember, my 15 yr old DG was visiting me over Spring Vacation and saw a quilt she wanted to do. I bought the kit and she started it this week. It's done in stages...after 3 days she's almost done!!!! Here's the first totally done block! Gramma is SOOOOO proud!

LOL - thank you! I just told you, once again, that she did a great job and she said "I'm a natural".....LOL no lack of self-esteem here!! LOL

Both of you should be proud. It looks great...and another quilter in the family! The colors in the block just make it speak to me saying something like, "take me home...can't have me, ear your heart out!...tehe tehe...."

She is doing a super great job. I love the colors. I know you are a proud gramma & I bet she is too & has every right to be. Keep us posted. I would love to see the finished top
