Dialysis Quilt

Thank you everyone!
Celeste, It is the Hugs and Kisses, or X's and O's pattern, I found it on the net, but don't remember where...
I started it on Honey, the Featherweight, and finished it on Eleanor, the 28K handcrank. Straight line quilted on Mamie, the New Florence treadle.

Saint John
Our friend, John, has been on dialysis for eighteen years. He declined a kidney transplant, saying that those were for kids and married folks. He seems to be more frail every time I see him. He's always cold, wearing sweatshirts and a stocking hat even during the summer, and so the spousal unit and I decided he needed a quilt. It's nothing really special, nor is my work up to the standards of many (most) of the ladies here, but John loved it, and I guess he's the one that counts!
The photo of the quilt by itself is kind of funky...don't know why it looks pink, the white is actually white.
