I found this at my LQS and brought it home. It's Christmas fabric in BLACK - of all things. It struck as unique. Wasn't sure what it would turn into, but have decided on a table topper or runner. I think it will go to my DIL who's a modern kinda gal. What do you think? Be honest, it won't hurt my feelings.

I love it! What is the fabric line? I would love to have a lap quilt out of it, especially in the block you chose! :0)

Didn't care for the pic of the material but the quilt blocks are wonderful. You just never know how things are going to look when they are put together. Thank you for sharing this. It gives me a whole new out look on fabric.

I've made and sold quite a few runners, mats, wallhangings, using black Christmas fabrics. They are always very popular especially put with creams. I look for the new black prints each year especially because they seem to sell out very quickly.

This is a very pretty quilt. Looks elegant!
I think I recognize the fabric line - it may be Holiday Flourish 3 by Robert Kaufman.

I love it! She can add red or green dishes - it just gives so many more possibilities and if I were her, I would use it all winter long :)

I never would have thought of black for Christmas, but I do get tired of red and green. I agree with Robin, very contemporary, beautiful!

I really like the combination and the pattern and the fabrics. You have a good eye for what goes together - I always need help with that.

    I love it!!

I'm not a "theme-y" kind of person in my decor, these fabrics, though fitting for the holiday, don't strike me as theme-y. I would use them, for sure!! :)Your DIL will love it!

I love it! I used a black Christmas fabric before and used some reds, tans, etc and it turned out great! A more sophisticated look! I love yours.
Here's a pic of mine with the black

Your work is beautiful I like the black and white. Would you consider adding another color, red perhaps?

LOVE IT!!!!! It's just christmassy enough, but not over the top. I am a modern kind of gal and this is right up my alley.
