Adorable "Dillies". Love them and dill too!

Take some cream cheese and mix with a good amount of dried dill ( to your liking), some cracked pepper and a little salt.
Get any good crusty bread, Pannini (sp)
    A ripe avocado
    lemon juice

After you mix the cream cheese prepare the adocado ( I only use half of one at a time) by smooching it a little and mixing a bit of lemon juice ( just enough to give a bright taste without being overly lemony). The lemon stops the avocado from turning dark.

    Now toast the bread.
spread the cream cheese on the warm toast.
spread the avocado on top of the cream cheese.

A simple and quick meal or snack and best of all it uses Dill!

    peace

sprinkle with more dill, pepper and salt to taste

    I love your pillows!
    peace

thank you for your comment and for the 'dilly' recipe. I love dill, never have enough of it in my garden for eating and for the Swallowtail caterpillars that I like to watch and show to kids.
Have a wonderful Christmas and best for the New Year

I was changing colors and it was my 'test' pillow, I need to buy a heavier thread next time, but I too, like my pillows and now that I am giving them away for Christmas I must make one for myself, or two.
