Just beautiful, I am glad that you finished it. I'm trying to reach through the monitor and grab it, but it isn't working.

Yes the front of the purse is a kangeroo sort of pocket that goes all the way though from one side to the other. It holds a lot! And there are 2 pockets inside too. They are bias trimmed.

I love her patterns but they can be complicated. When I couldn't understand one of the steps in another of her patterns I skipped it for the moment. Then I continued on to another section. It became evident later on as to where and how the piece was supposed to go. I think the first bag made was the most frustrating...then I got the hang of it for similar steps in some of her other bags.
The results are worth the effort - your bag is lovely!!
