I saw something similar and liked it. This one, I really just made up as I went... Could do it better now. But still think it is cute and love the colors. I still need to press it and get it ready for quilting.

Very fun. I love the colors. Are you going to quilt it with bone shapes?

Love it. Where did you get the dogs? Did you fussy cut from dog fabric.
I have made several Scottie dog quilts and traced around a Milk Bone dog treat for a quilting pattern.

I wanted - something colorful, whimsical and a little wonky -- so I free hand cut all the dog houses... The dogs were from one fabric with lots of different dogs. Unfortunately, I was a little too "free hand" with the squares and they didn't come together exactly like I planned. Actually am thinking of quilting the dog bones. Will post another photo when I get it done (if it doesn't turn out too badly). Thanks for looking and making nice comments.

LOL! Not for the doggie until I get tired of looking at it. My avatar photo is Gracie (one of our 5 Bichons) and my favorite cuddle-puppy bed-buddy.
