The design is totally mine and I added other complimentary fabric.
It is machine pieced and appliqued and hand quilted.
I will be giving it to my son for Christmas and hope that he likes it. He had asked me to make a lap quilt whenever I had time so I made time to get it done for Christmas.
Where did you get that fabric from my daughter is a vet tech that just gave me an idea also.

I have already mailed the quilt but here is a link for the fabric. I used co-ordinating fabric from this line for the borders and backing.

I fussy cut the dogs in the doghouse and on the side inner borders and fussy cut slipper, dog dish, and newspaper on the top and bottom inner borders.

Wow that is a great site. I've not seen it before. They have really nice animal fabrics. A new favorite site for me. Thanks for sharing.

I love it! Is each dog appliqued? Lots of work. He's sure to love it.
