Default doll quilt

After cleaning my sewing room and finding an unfinished doll quilt I decided to finish it. It is so wonky I almost didn't mess with it. It is one of the first little quilts I tried to make many years ago. The tiny piece seams do not match up,it was out of sq. so I had to cut the sides off but it was relaxing to just sew and the best part was sewing on the binding. The part of quilt making I like best.judy j

Fun to see how much your skills have improved tho', right?? Very sweet with the doll, bed and other quilt behind.

Judith, we need to keep these things. I recently found 2 little "messes" my 2 sisters and I did probably 80yrs ago, and I finished them. Love them.

Your doll quilt not only looks wonderful in the vignette you created, but it is a nice milestone to have to remember how far you have come. Judith, I like the wonkiness by the way - it seems just right for this little quilt.

Straight seams and matching corners are not required for everything. This little quilt is perfect in every way that counts.
