Dolly and her dresses personalized WIP

My newest granddaughter will have her own quilt. Her beautiful Christmas dress was miniaturized. Her baptism represented. Thos two blocks will have the date each outfit was worn. She has thick black hair for a baby.. Who knows if it will stay. But the fabrics have been fun plan, organize.. Freedom of not staying with a specific decade of clothing. Fun one to do. Moving along.. takes about one day to make three outfits. It is a slow process !

That's adorable. If I tried my grandaughters would be grown before I got it finished....hey there may be great granddaughters someday.

What a wonderful way to celebrate the times in a little one's life. I love the doll and all her dresses. I loved paperdolls when I was a kid. I will remember this for future granddaughters. Thanks,

I'm not a little girl, in fact I'm a grandgirl, but I would love to have your quilt for myself. I did once have dark hair like the fabric girl you created! Each dress is beautiful and stitched/touched with love - I can see it! Please post a photo when you are finished (or send me a PM if you want my address to send the quilt). It won't only be your GD appreciating this quilt!

Isn't she just adorable. And those outfits are sew cute. Reminds me of my barbie doll days - my mother made all the clothes for Barbie and Kim.
