Just a quick message..This is my next quilt using this quilt block..It's called "Augusta".. As for colors, I'm not sure yet..I'll eventually post a picture of the quilt top, down the road, when I get it done...

I like this block and the fabrics you chose! I vote for these fabrics :D It will be a beautiful quilt :D

Don, i like that so much, i've never seen that block so i googled it and here's a pattern for anyone, i love how you used your colours Don :)

Beautiful block is this an original? Very nice work :D edit....its a great place to find blocks I hadn't been there in a long time like the one for this month too :D

I just read in the link i found that the pattern is from 1895...it's a gorgeous pattern Don :)

When I googled it I got the same link.. I was thinking it was different .. but I see now how it is the same just different fabrics. Thanks for sharing.. something else for the to do list.
