    Really lovely blocks, Don. You said that you re-cut some of the pieces. Did you do anything else that helped it come together the second time? Like starch? Just looking for hints on what to do when this happens to me!!

    I really like this block a lot with your choices of colors. They are unusual and sophisticated. I think if you would choose a muted and dusty shade of one of the fabrics for the background instead of white (maybe green/grey) it would be SMASHING! I try to do smahing and sometimes it happens.
