These are just some donations I have gotten for my quilt action. They are so beautiful! Really appreciate what everyone has done to help me out! Also have buttons and thread from people. Thanks!

Are you doing a quilt auction? What organization is it for?

Its not really with an organization. I'm putting it together to help raise money for my uncle. He was born with cystic fibrosis and is now in need of a double lung transplant.

My dear Uncle Kendall McBride passed away last week. He was put onto a respirator and hung on for a week. He left behind a beautiful wife and 4 year old son, Hyden. He was the youngest of five and the second with cystic fibrosis. His older brother (Dirk) passes away in 1999 of Cf as well. Kendall was a strong man who loved his family and would do anything for them. He loved the outdoors including fishing, camping, hiking, 4-wheeling and anything else he could find. He traveled as much as he could to places like Panama all the way up to Alaska. He touched so many people and will be greatly missed. I love you Kendall and know that you are in a better place and breathing easy :'(
