Here is another one of my finished projects. When I finished my "White Christmas" quilt, I wanted to make another one with a dark frame. I started this quilt but then had to stop and make my GS Damians Bronco quilt for Christmas. Then, I got busy on this again and finished it. They are 8" blocks and the quilt measures 81" x 104". It is hand tied.

Thank you! I'm terrible when it comes to pictures. I mean that when the picture is a year old, I already couldn't tell you when it was taken or anything. So, I get the picture albums at Wal Mart that have this middle strip for all the info and at least that way you don't have to pull the pictures out to read the backs. It just works for me! :P

I had to look hard to find the prints are indeed Christmas.. you could use that quilt all year its so pretty. And your photo docs are wonderful I hope you have hard copies. I take mostly digital now but always worry if the computer crashes.. where will all my pictures go? I give away most of what I make. Great idea writing it all down.

Thank you and I agree with you. Alot of the fabrics could definitely be used other times of the year and I would use it year round if I used quilts. Yes, the pictures are 3 pages out of my picture album, hard copies. I got a digital camera in Nov. 2008 and I take pictures and retakes of everything!!! :P I sometimes feel like I can't talk without pictures! That's Bad!

I put my pictures on my computer but then I upload them to Snapfish.com. From there you can put them in one album or do like I did and have "Quilts 2008", Quilts 2009, and Quilts 2010. You can share one of them or all of them with others by invitation, get prints made, and store them so you don't have to keep them on your computer and fill it up like I did. I so desperately need to delete some of mine. At least if they are at Snapfish, (which is free), if my computer crashes I'll still have my pictures. There are lots of places to keep your pictures online, not just Snapfish. You should check them out. I tried a few and Snapfish was the easiest to understand and the fastest to upload to.

I too have given away most of everything that I have made. I think it's a "Quilters" thing. We all just make them so we can give them to family and friends. I'm just glad that there are still some people like that in the world. The ones I haven't given away are in bags and stuffed in the closet.

If I don't write things down, I forget the sizes and when it was made, etc. This is just the best way for me.
