I made this on Saturday and it is the first time I have ever made a minature and also the first time that I have finished any size sampler. I am pleased at how fun the mini was to do - I did it paper piecing. These are 2 1/2 squares.

This is so cool! I have been attending a paper piecing class for over a year, making a "Civil War - Love Letters" quilt. I have begun to really like paper piecing...and I think for a mini quilt, it would be really advantageous? If you are a regular piecer and now are doing paper piecing, how you you say they compare? Just curious.

    Great job! Just beautiful

Can't imagine how you made such tiny squares - I love it.
