I really like this quilt. I am adding it to my list of next projects!

I love it - and your backing is perfect. I don't see any wonkiness at all.

Can you tell me the finished size and how much fabric you used? I want to make a quilt for my nephew for graduation. Thank you!

Nice job!! The quilt came out great! We are all our own worst critics! It's a very cozy looking quilt.

The finished size of the quilt is 58x58, the original pattern does not have a border and I added 4" border to it. I used jelly rolls for the tiger lily and snow fabric and used 25 of the 40 strips. I had part of a jelly roll of the coal but ended up buying 2 yds for the border and binding and then 3 1/2 yds for the backing fabric. The original pattern size was 57x73 but I wanted it more square so left off some squares. The biggest problem I had was my block size was supposed to end up 8 1/2" and I had some smaller and ended up with 8" blocks.

Thank you to everyone for looking and all your comments on my quilt. My DILs were both lobbying to receive this as a birthday gift but as you can see it is perfect on my new gray couch.
