That is awesome! That is also my one of my favorite patterns. I've made the Donna Jordan color version, and am in the process of gathering Christmas fabrics to make a Christmas one. Green mix was going to be my next one, but now I need to consider neckties!

Thank you all for your kind words! Just beware, if you want to work with ties, this was a lot of work just to get the neckties ready to work with. First, I washed the ties by putting them in bags and putting them in the washer and dryer to try to keep them from tangling up too much. Then I had to take them each apart and discard the interfacing from each tie. Next, press each one and put iron-on interfacing on them. And last, cut each one out and sew together. Just the pressing and iron-on interfacing took about a week or so. I did a lot of searching on youtube for tutorials on how to work with neckties, and since these were used ties, this was always suggested.

Your cousin will love the quilt so much. Seeing all of the ties will bring so much memories of her late Husband.
    You are so generous.
