    Default Dresden Plate Scrap Quilt

Dresden Plates measure 6 inches and are all thimbleberry fabrics.
    Enjoy

What a beauty of a quilt. I am beginning to become a lover of scrap quilts. Question: How did you select which fabrics to go in the dresdens & blocks? Did you just randomly pick them or "sort of" match them? Thanks for sharing that beautiful quilt with us.
P.S. Sorry for drooling all over your quilt.

I just cut pieces throw them in a brown paper bag and pick. If I have already used that fabric in a block I
just pick another one to replace it. thank you for "drooling".

Thanks for revealing your technique. I like structured, organized scrappy quilts like yours & want to make one some day. Your quilt has given me inspiration & courage to possible make one some day. Thanks!

Apparently when I took the picture it was after I had removed the sim card from the camera and forgot to update it.
I just finished the quilt about 3 weeks ago. Sorry about that.
