wow, that is really pretty, lots of work went into that, more patience than I have
A true classic! How are you going to quit it? I'd want to cables or feathers on the white border.
Most likely will do cable in the blank spot. Think I will outline plates, and put a little something in the blank pieces in between

Your name screen name says it all. You do love to quilt. That's beautiful. How many years did you work on that one?

I'm so impressed! You have the patience of a saint! This is just gorgeous!

truly amazing! did you hand sew all the plates?
Beautiful, Lots of hard work. I know a labor of love. I love Dresdens too. I'm in the process of making one. Not nearly as big as yours. How did you attache your plates? And my plates are larger.
That is an awesome quilt!! those look rather tiny!! how long did it take you to make this??? was it done by hand?
oops.. just read the sizing of 6 in square blocks.. wow!!! patience!!!
A dresden plate quilt is a great way to use up all those little pieces that you HATE to part with!!! I have a TON of those!!
I have decided Friday night I am going to re-organize some of my sewing stuff, my stash (that has been pulled and pulled and is about to meet me in a heap the next time I open the cabinet doors), my quilt class files, patterns, scraps, etc. Its in desperate need of tidying now!!! I also feel after reading and admiring such talented people here and their work, I have to add some new projects to my already growing list!!! So my project book is in need of some serious updating!!
take you to make all of those?
Can't wait to see it when it's quilted.
