    I don't have a tutorial on this but i have a Simplicity Holiday pattern # 7846 that is very pretty. I am just beginning to make one for my daughter I am using Michael Miller material the one that has the fairies and Xmas deco's on one side I think the other is Xmas tree leaves with lights on it. This is made in panels it's very easy. It has a table runner and firplace cover and angle & a small tree. I bought it when they sold it for $.99 pattern sale. I think it's still in the book there at Joanne's. If you just want the tree skirt I might be able to copy that much for you. I made one for myself with blue stars small & lg alternate the panels. I've never posted a pic on here but if you PM me I'll be glad to try & help you. Sue
