Dudley's Friend - Percy the Pig

Well Percy had an identity problem this month..and so I think I made Percy-illa... first of all there was some cosmetic surgery and then some discussion about which would be the best side to be photographed from... anyway... I forgot to post the picture until today. Name: Percy-illa Sept 2018001_edited (Small).JPG

Adorable. I can see a whole farmyard of animals done in this manner. Do you have a pattern for a little calf?

Not yet anyway.... but I do see on her blog she is involved with a different sew along and posted on the 13th a Bison calf in her row, maybe you could do something with that? http://pumpkinpatchbc.com/blog/

Thanks so much. I found one that looks like that on my Juki F600. I think I have to play with my tension and use a thicker thread, though.

I have been using Rayon thread for the most part, I like the way it looks for this stitch better than 100% cotton thread, but if I don't have a colour I need I use what I have in the cotton. I use a newsprint paper for a stabilzer under the block.
