Oh my gosh when I seen your Katie did name that was such a shock ! that is what my mom always called me .We are from Illinois too..my mom still lives there , in Mundelein .

I would love to know how to make that quilt , my daughter is getting married on June 28 . I am so happy for her, she's had allot of turmoil in her life, I think she would love it..Beautiful work..Candy

It is beautiful. What I like best is that it is actually quilted. Some quilt as you go on embroidery is so stiff and cold. This just looks warm and wonderful. Good job. This is something on my quilter's bucket list of things to try.

Very Pretty This is a great idea to digitize. I am trying to digitize some of my Dear Jane block since I done hand quilt.
