    Wow....very nice. I have done one like this but my end result was anything but straight like yours. I did do a star quilt using plaids and really liked it but I normally stay away from the plaids and stripes. Naturally I have shelves full of both as I'm scared to try.

    What a nice thing for you to do. A pretty quilt, it does look antique with those fabrics. You are going to make someone very happy.
