I also made a quilt from that pattern Different fabrics make or break that pattern....yours made it! ( mine broke it )

I definitely like your color choices much more than the pattern one........looks like an easy, fun one to do.....glad it is still comforting to someone.....

I think I'm going to try this one. I've been collecting shades of red fabric and black and white patterned fabric for a long time. I bought them because they are so pretty and always planned on making a quilt with them. Thanks for the link.
