Many of you are posting your mistakes and so I post this one, possibly making some of you feel better. I bought this fabric over a two year period for special people in my life. In anticipation of major surgery next month, I was quilting like a madwoman this Spring. I was substitute teaching almost every day and had nine quilting projects going at once, along with everything else. Probably because I was going so fast, and was so tired, I didn't see these very obvious mistakes until this was almost totally quilted. At first I cried, almost threw-up and put it in the closet. The other day I got it out and am finishing it. I will keep it and display it in a prominent place to remind me how even quilting, like life, isn't perfect. But it sure keeps me humble and honest!

OMG! The mistakes just jump out at you!

Still a very beautiful quilt, and I honestly really had to look. Love the colors

    Beautiful quilt!
I don't think the mistake shows very much at all... I bet if not pointed out, many would never know it is there :D:D:D

Quit being so hard on yourself!
We are all imperfect quilters living in an imperfect world.
Mistakes keep us humble! Your quilt is gorgeous!

Even with the mistake it is really quite beautiful! I'm sure someone in your life would be absolutely thrilled to have it!

A little "randomness", in quilts as well as life, can be a good thing. It's a beautiful quilt!
