This is my night time TV watching project. They are 18 inch squares which in my head will get added with some pieced blocks to make an awesome quilt. Keep in mind my head quilts much better than my hands, so what it really becomes is up for grabs.

Your embroidery work is beautiful. I'm sure your hand quilt will look every bit as good as your head quilt. :D :D

We are our own worst critic. :D :D :D

Thanks for all the compliments. :D

Sheila, I have no idea how many it will take to make the quilt because the quilt is still pretty much a theoretical quilt. The daisy blocks are 18 inches. I'm thinking of putting them with some pieced blocks. Maybe some kind of a flower, but not sure what yet.

Buttercup is one I've thought of using. Four of them could go together to create an 18 inch block.

I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any.

That's beautiful Lisa! I would put plainish pieced blocks between them to pick up on the colours as bebe suggests then maybe echo the daisy design in the quilting of these blocks? But whatever you do will be lovely I'm sure! :D

K3N, plainish? Like a 9 patch maybe in soft pinks and greens? For some reason my brain has been fixated on a flower shaped blocks, but I can see it with a 9 patch of pinks and green or maybe a tiney pink floral.

Mmmmm......That's really something to think about. Thanks! :-)
