Embroidered Quilts

It didn't take me long at all. You'd be surprised how it grows when you do a bit each day while chatting to friends or the kids or watching television. Somehow before you know it, the whole thing has a personality of it's own!~ (just like my brood!) I've ventured into doing these patterns for others (although they're not on my website as it's word of mouth really amongst my friends and colleagues) and I'm really proud that they like them.
Just lucky I guess..... Thanks, Therese

I'd love to show more but I I think I'll show you in the For Sale section when I get a moment. i never know what section to put things in sometimes as I have my own website with patterns for sale.

Therese, as everyone else has said, exquisite work. You used gorgeous colors and thread. Thanks for posting.
I love embroidery also. With your embroidery it looks as though you are quilting it at the same time by going through all three layers (top, batting, backing). Is that how you are doing it?
If so, are you hiding your knots through the backing? I like the effect.
