I love to hear about kids quilting! I took me till I was in my 40's to start up, and I regret all those years that I didn't quilt (though the love of quilts and the desire to learn was there, I just didn't till 40+). It's so good to hear that they won't miss out on what I did! My 5 1/2 yr old g.d. has been helping me a bit with her double Irish chain quilt.

Emily great job on your quilt....love your choice of fabric and how lucky for you to be able to do your first quilt with your grandma. :) Heres to many years of quilting!!
