She is my favorite of the sunbonnet group, and not just because of the name. (See Avitar) Not only are they charming but because they were your mom's they are priceless.
I think she is also called the Parasol Lady too. There is a pattern in the Quilterscache.com

A really cute quilt. The older patterns have such appeal. We have sunbonnet sue, a newer easier version of your quilt.

Your quilt is beautiful. I love the old vintage patterns and the sunbonnets have always been one of my favorites. I remember a quilt my grandmother had that was Sunbonnet Sue's. It was a much used, well loved quilt that had been washed and repaired many times, but it was always my favorite quilt.
