    A most wonderful story of your life that brought tears to my eyes. I am so glad your Grandmother gave you quilts to comfort you in your life. She must have been a great lady! I hope you have securtiy, happiness and love in your life now!

    Quilts have helped many of us through life's hardest times. It has been a hot summer and a hard summer for my son's health. In spite of the heat, I want my quilt around me and wrap in it often. I'm glad you had the quilt, made with your grandmother's love to help you through. I'm sorry you have lost it.

    My Grandmothers quilts have always given me comfort even now at 59 yrs old I can feel her love when I am wrapped in one of her quilts lost her 15yrs ago but as long as I have her quilts she is always near. I have made each of my Children quilts for Christmas last year and hope to get the grand children this year. Thank you for the wonderful Story and the reminder how precious grandmothers and their quilts are. Each of my children have quilts from my grandmother that they cheris also Its like a part of her is always with us
