I would use them as the center of blocks - log cabin, attic windows, stars - to make them big enough at least for a lap quilt. And you would still have the second set in case inspiration struck later! Great find.

Depending on how big the panels are, sampler bocks and sashing. I did this with a red work quilt. Red work showed process of making a quilt so blocks were samplers going from easy to difficult. Great find. Lucky you! Think about a color to make it pop...narrow border of red?

These panels would make a great black and white quilt! Perhaps use solids so as not to distract from the drawings...

I think you found a treasure!!! Now to find something to do with them..........they are precious...might be neat to sash them in a color and then do a color border and add black and white blocks around that. Good luck and congratulations.
