That is wonderful and I can see he really put his 'heart' into it. Is it queen size or larger?

If not, they'll be in the next one. So keep on the look out for it.

Wow what a great job you did on this quilt. I don't know what you do for a living but I'll bet your either a carpenter or a pipe fitter. It's obvious you have lots of experience with percise cutting and fitting things together perfectly because the proof's in the finished project. I look forward to seeing you next finished quilt.

My DH is neither a plumber or carpenter. In fact, I fix the stuff around here that needs that kind of work. He is a retired prison guard and has OCD. That's why everything is precise. :-) Thank you all for your nice comments. I have read them all aloud to my DH while he is sewing behind me. He just thinks all of you ladies are the cat's meow. He is enjoying this forum as much as I do. thank you all.

This one is queen size. He started out making King size and had so many done I told him he needed to make some in a variety of sizes. He minds good morst of the time.

    LOL
"He minds good most of the time" .... I so hear you, lady!
Of course, you may be like me -- I have found my minding leaves a little to be desired, too <g>
I worked in a sewing factory for 4.5 years, and I have often thought that the reason I took to production sewing so well was because of my obsessive/compulsive thing ...
with quilts, you add the colors and angles, and it is heaven to those of us so blessed, I think <wave>

He did a great job. Hope my hubby will quilt some day. He has a great eye for fabric and detail.

It is fun to have a quilting husband. It means more trips for fabric. And he is really planning on us getting a longarm. That's something in itself. I never dreamed he'd go for it before. It certainly has it's advantages. But, I still have to fill his bobbin!
