I love these boxes, going to have to try them. I have football fans in the family too, big deal here in Alabama isn't it. The only game I watch besides my kids high school is Alabama every Saturday. Roll Tide!!!

Oh, I don't think we get tired of looking at everyone's unique fabric boxes. I especially love your fall colored boxes.

Has anyone tried to do one larger than 12"? I was wondering if you need to use a stiffner between the layers of fabric?
I was thinking of making a few for great granddaughters to put their hair bows (clips) in.

I did make one 15 1/2" square. I used poly batting and it was stiffer than the cotton batting ones that I did. I'm waiting to find some horsey buttons before I post pictures, and I used the 3" corner on the 15 1/2" size.

Your statement that Football in the state of Alabama is very popular sport and and are die hard Fans. That was so funny, as we were just down to Trussville/Birmingham, and those are almost the same words she used when I commented on all the Alabama memorbelia. But I guess Iowa is The Hawkeye State

What size did you start with? The pattern shows 10", 12". Which did you like best?

Love the materials and boxes. Will someone please post the address for the pattern? I
would like to make some for Christmas and failed to copy it when it was posted. Thank you!
