    They look super together. I think it's harder to find a good pattern for just 3 fabrics than for more, but I agree that you could fussy cut the deer.

    here is two quilts in the fons and porter's magazine i was telling you about. its the spring 2008 magazine. if you like these patterns i can loan you the magazine and you can mail it back to me when you are done with it. there is still a couple of quilts in it that i want to make.

    I think they look great together. But then I chose the same fabrics to make handkerchiefs for my Dad. I like the idea of fussy cutting the deer. Maybe they could be the centers of uneven 9-patches. Be sure to post your quilt when it's finished. Can't wait to see it.
