Default Faith Flowers Quilt for Youth Group Auction

The youth group at our church is fundraising for their Christmas Adopt a Family program. I donated this lap quilt to their auction. The embroidery designs are called "Faith Flowers" from Embroidery Library and they are set into log cabin type blocks. The backing is pieced from the same fabric as the logs.

Congratulations MamaBear! on a great quilt for a wonderful cause.
I'm sure it will be well sought after in the auction.

Those flowers are really neat ... would love to see how the others are done!
Are there words in the border?
Great idea for the diagonal piecing for the backing ... is there a trick to keep it stable and straight when you get to the sandwiching phase?
