Red face Farmer's wife almost done! YAY!

After a year and a half and several attempts to finish this quilt I'm finally on track. I'm so excited about it I could not wait for it to be quilted before I showed it. I know there are several mistakes here but I love it, especially the little blocks with the bright colors. I have made "neater" quilts before but never one like this. There are 75 different blocks with doubles made for a total of 150 blocks.

Congratulations, what an accomplishment. I bought the book, printed the templates and found I wasn't as accurate as I should be to get the right size. I stopped, but maybe I should give it another try. Thanks for inspiring.

Really what a wonderful design it is, that blocks model is looking something different and attractively. Your color choices are also looking simple and elegant.
