    From one dairy farmer to another GREAT job and I love the COW ! Have done some but only plain black and white fabric. I like the two prints you used. Whole quilt is beautiful and great quilting. pm some time ~

    That's just the term I used to describe the way the red and white come together in the center. In carpentry, it would be called "dove-tailing".
