    Feather blocks

This quilt comes from PA. The client left the lay out up us so, we created a eight point feather block with some border work. This quilt has a cotton batting provided by her. She also wishes to do the binding herself.

Hope you enjoy the pictures and they give you some ideas.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful work. It is amazing. And also for providing some ideas for us who are quilting design challenged. The quilting aspect is the most daunting part of the process for me, and I have a lot of UFOs in my cupboard because of my trepidation. Looking at your work helps me think what might work, and maybe this year I'll gather courage and try to clear out the closet.
    KEEP CALM and CARRY ON!!

Beautiful quilting, as always. I used that pattern to make our family reunion quilt last July, but it was all various purples on a white background. My great-niece won it and my niece said she probably has it under lock and key.
