Thank you! It's nice to BE on QB again! I've just been so busy lately I haven't been able to come visit and see what everyone is up to. I love this for an overall too - and I agree, it will make a really cool filler!

Thank you! I drew it out many times before putting it on this customers quilt. She requested it so it kind of forced me to learn it! But I'm glad I did because I will use it again. I think it was the traveling that was tricky at first. When you "travel" to make your next feather swirl, you want to echo back around the feather and add small swirls in the spaces that aren't easily filled by the larger feather swirls. Maybe I'll do a YouTube video on this one? LOL

freehand designs like that are as individual as handwriting. Everyone's will look slightly different. Yours looks great.
