Hi Fritzy.... I'm aproximately 53 miles from the Twin Cities, Mpls/St.Paul., North East. almost on the border of St' Croix Falls Wisconsin.

The applique pattern is from a book I purchased a few years back called quilting the great outdoors by Debbie fields. The rest of it was what I made up myself.

I used Little charmers 2. It's called hour glass. It uses 5" charm squares and you can use up those charms you have left over from other quilted items . Go to http://www.ankastreasures.com. Hope you make one and post it

Are you going to use the fishing pole as the rod for hanging? I saw that done and it was awesome!
