I'm curious how did you enlarge the Fragmented Bargello and the Rainbow BArgello to that size. The patterns that I have for thoese exact quilts are much smaller.

I didn't have a pattern for the fractured bargello, I did it from a picture I saw in a magazine. I calculated it to be that size. It's similar to the one in Margie Eddy's book.. The Links (rainbow) bargello I made wider and longer by adding more rows. I continued on with the design. Hope I'm making myself clear.

How did you determine what part of the pattern to repeat to make it larger...I was just going to lengthen and widen each stripe, or is that a bad idea?

I cut all the strips the size it said to cut, I continued on forming the pattern on both sides for the width and also for the length. I think I added 8 more strips on each side.

All three are stunning but my favorite is the Rose of Sharon. I hope to do one also one day since my name is Sharon.
