Great quilts but my favourite is the golden star, it's like a burst of sunshine on a cold day!

I really like the nine patch. I have a piece of fabric that would be good for this, may try it.

While I like both of these, the star draws my attention. It's so lovely and unique. Th usage of two tones of gold is perfect, along with the pale green binding.Smart. I can see how it is constructed, but curious to ask you if you made this pattern yourself, or had a guide or pattern to go by? Thank you for sharing.

I just found out that I am going to be a grandma again. My youngest grandchild in 10. The oldest is 21! I am so excited! I love your star quilt. can you tell me, is that a pattern I can purchase, or is that one you developed yourself? It is absolutely awesome! I like it because it is one that will grow with the baby, and will not be too "babyish" as the child grows older.
