    very nice to get an update on that neat quilt.

    No perfection is not an absolute when making a top for sale. If you get close your doing fine. As for piecing the top together to get the blocks to line up, Pinning works for me. One on each side of the seams and don't sew over the pins.

    When sewing rows together, there is a newish thread that discribed basting across the intersections before sewing the entire row. A good idea. It alows you to check the intersections and make corrections before you sew the whole row together.
    I'll re post if I can find it or if anyone else knows about it they can post too.
