Lovely collection. Perhaps you could check out the value of the trunk before restoring. Some old things are better left untouched and there is a better sense of the age. There is a toy/doll house museum in this area and very very few items have been restored. Since the trunk is small having a copy made might be an option.

Glad you enjoyed seeing part of my old doll quilts. I have been an antique doll collector for at least 30 years! The old couple in the trunk were in a shop in Houston, TX til I brought them home with me! Before my husband retired he traveled some on business trips and I often went along. So while he was working, I was playing! and found many of my dolls on those trips. On at least two occasions I flew back later and bought parts of big collections! Such fun then, and happy memories for me now...
