I didnt follow a pattern just kinda came up with this for a baby shower gift but i can give you the measurements or close to since i of course didnt write them down..lol

~ The Dora/boots is a 4x8 rectangle
~the borders around them are 2.5inches wide
~the sashing is 3 or 3.5 inches wide (cant remember)
~I put cotton batting in the middle and fleece on the back and stitched in the ditch around Dora/boots
~I also put them right sides together and flipped it inside out after sewing around the edge..i'm not able to handsew right now due to surgery but you could do it either way!

I did use a pattern it was in the magazine Quilts and More Fall 2010 and called Hello, Yellow.

Sorry but I have no idea it was quite awhile ago i do remember that it was 2.5 in strips in the 9patches..
