    Fidget mats for Alzheimer

Daughter in law requested Fidget Mats for the residents in the memory care facility where she works. I did searching online and this is what I came up with. She will be picking up shortly. Hope this is what she had in mind.

    They look really nice.

Will you give us a report on how they went over with the residents?

What they liked - what they ignored - on the mats.

Our church has made a few of these, but yours are terrific. Lots of ideas others could use. I'm sure they will be enjoyed very much. Did you back them with flannel, or fleece, so they would not slip on the laps of the users?

Yes a picture goes in clear pocket. Currently my 11 yr old Grand daughter is sketching cartoon type pictures for them. Personal pictures of the residents can also be inserted.
