Default finally finished a birthday gift - for me!

I had seen the AllPeopleQuilt Grab Bag pattern years ago, and loved it. A couple years ago I decided to make one usign my favorite technique - cyanotype printing - to make the fabric. Well, that birthday I got it all but done, but the day ended, so since I had not got it done in time for my birthday, I set it aside to do projects for others. Two weekends ago was the local quilt guild show, and I decided I wanted to feel crafty when I went, so I finished it up (only about 30 minutes additional work).

I added a bottom gusset, and made all the inner pockets to fit exactly what I carry, so it doesn't exactly match the original pattern.

The little faces are my grandchildren. I had the faces and butterflies from some other projects, so was ready to print. The brown printed fabric is just 2 steps further than the blue (they were exactly the same before the last 2 steps - both blue). All the other fabrics are scraps from the quilt I made for my daughter's anniversary a couple years ago.
